Can I change my repayment scheduled date?
Yes, to change your payment arrangement, simply give our office on email at info@appexbrokers.com, our team will be happy to assist based on your account type. As an example: Â
Principal & Interest (P&I) Accounts: You may choose from the following payment frequencies:
- Weekly – every Friday
- Fortnightly – every second Friday
- Monthly – on the 25th of each month
Interest Only Accounts:
- Limited to monthly payments only
- However, payment dates are flexible and can be scheduled on any day between the 1st and 25th of each month
Can I permanently stop my Direct Debit on my home loan?
What can I do to get my interest rate reviewed?
We can look at reviewing your interest rate 12 months after your loan has commenced. Please email info@appexbrokers.com (Response time 7 to 10 business days)
